Altered Perception

I love how this turned out! So my OC Nirani is in reality a Silurian ( Lizard people from the age of Dinosaurs that  are now underground, etc.) and so that means she kinda would stick out if the Doctor took them to Earth in the past or semi present ( which he does if you were wondering) and so for a while she just kinda tries to use hoods and long shirts, pants, gloves, etc. to cover up the fact she's what Humans would consider ' Alien' until a wonderful device is given to her, a device that alters how people see you, a Perception Filter ( which is the gold necklace thing if you were wondering). And so this is a sorta split picture of Nirani with and without the Perception filter
